Unlike
many other builders, Americas Homes does not like
to be considered a Tract builder. We take our time with you to
build your home as a custom home, with your choice of one of our
many plans, make changes to one of our plans or do a totally custom
planned home. We encourage the buyer to look at our plans and
see if we can't personalize one to fit your needs perfectly. Sometimes
the changes will not affect the price of the home depending on
the extent of the changes. When there is a charge for changes,
don't expect to lose your shirt in ridiculous charges.
As
we all know, buying your home, whether it's your first or fifth
home, is the largest investment your family will make. You should
be able to get what you want and not settle for what a builder
tells you you'll have to accept.
We
take pride in our homes and workmanship, and we want you to be
just as proud of your home. Our best form of advertising is the
satisfaction of those who already own an Americas Home.
